Fair Trade, Handcrafted in Bali - Indonesia

This whimsical sculpture is hand carved by artisans crafted in a Fair-Trade cooperative. Made from the branch of a Chinaberry tree which has been attacked by a parasitic vine. The vine bores into the wood and causes an explosion which must be cut out to save the tree. Local Balinese artists carve this discarded wood using only a knife and chisel.The five hand carved bees add even more charm.

These are hand carved and handmade and no two are exactly alike. Approximately 7.5" in height and 5.5" in width
