Store Credit & Exchange Policy
Many thanks for your purchase from Nance Galleries!
If you wish to return your purchase for credit or exchange, we’re here to help make the return as smooth as possible.
Since most of our items are handcrafted and one of a kind, we offer no cash refunds, but will gladly exchange or offer store credits on your returned purchases.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you purchase your item to return it for exchange or credit. We cannot accept returns after this period of time. The returned item must be full priced merchandise only - all discounted or sale items are final sales.
The item must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with price tag(s) attached, and the original packaging included. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase, and the reason for your return.
Store Credit
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you on the status of your return. If we determine that your returned item is in saleable condition, we will initiate a store credit which is good for one year from the date of issue. The Customer is responsible for return shipping.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange the returned item(s) that are of an equal or greater value than the original purchase. If the item(s) total less than original value, a store credit will be issued for the balance, which is valid for a period of one year from date of issue.
Please contact us with in 5 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for you, when possible.
SHIPPING TO YOU
Items shipped from Nance Galleries will be shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail) and will include a tracking number. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost on the product(s) purchased from Nancegalleries.com
SHIPPING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item in the saleable condition described above. These costs are non-refundable. We ask that you ship the item back to us via an insured ground service that provides a tracking number, such as USPS First Class or Priority mail. Please note that Nance Galleries is not responsible for any shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
It is our aim that every item arrives at its destination in great condition. If you receive an item from us that is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and submit photographic proof of the damaged item so that we can access it and file a claim with the carrier. You have 25 days from the date you received your item to return it. We cannot accept returns after this period of time. If the item is available we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or, if not, a return for a refund of the defective item.
SHIPPING DAMAGED ITEMS
When returning a damaged piece, we ask that you kindly ship your item back to us via USPS First Class or Priority mail which provide a tracking number. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices of merchandise featured on this site are subject to change. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments.
