Parrots are colorful, intelligent birds known for their ability to mimic human speech and their strong, curved beaks. Handcrafted by artisans in a Fair-Trade cooperative in Guatemala by a group of widows and young women who make beaded jewelry and other items. Profits support basic living supplies for elderly widows, education and medical expenses.

Each ornament is individually handmade with Czech glass seed beads, one bead at a time.
