According to Christian symbolism, the five holes in the shell depict the five wounds of Christ. The Easter lily is outlined on the front, and in the lily's center a five-pointed star representing the Star of Bethlehem. Inside the shell itself are five pieces resembling the doves of Peace and Good Will. This beautiful pendant features a natural sand dollar with sterling silver mount. It is created in Mexico by the noted jewelry designer Charles Albert from sterling silver and presented on an 18" sterling silver chain.
