This handsome and distinctive coaster set is created using a technique called Lichenberg, or also known as fractal burning. The mango wood coasters have as a conductive liquid applied to the wood and then an electric current burns the root-like designs in the surface. The coaster set is crafted by skilled artisans in a Fair-Trade cooperative in India. Six coasters in mango wood holder. Coasters are 3 1/8" dia. X 1/4" thick. Holder is 4" dia. X 2 1/2" Tall.
